The Secular Discalced Carmelite Order is open to any confirmed Catholic in full communion with the Church, between the ages of 18 and 65. You may be in the single or married state of life, but may not be a member of any other group that requires promises or vows. Also, we meet at Our Lady of the Sacred Heart parish in Orchard Park, NY, and so you should be able to easily travel to that location.
